It is of great help if you attach any relevant screenshots.
To take a screenshot in Mac OSX press CMD SHIFT 3 (apple shift 3). The screenshot can be found on your desktop afterwards.
On PC's you can press PrtScr (print screen), 'paste' the image in photoshop, paint or similar software and save it.

If a file is causing you trouble while trying to upload it in projects or blog posts, you can attach it here.
